Editorial Guidelines

Scope

System Sagas covers enterprise technology architecture: ERP, cloud, security, AI, martech, infrastructure, data and DevOps. Reports are filed to one of those eight desks and are written for people who operate these systems rather than buy them.

Sourcing

Reports are built from primary material — vendor documentation, release notes, regulatory filings, standards-body publications and first-party incident reports. Where a report relies on an external source, that source is linked inline and collected under “Referenced” at the foot of the article.

Attribution of images

Article artwork is illustration, not photography, and does not depict real events, people or systems. Where an image carries a third-party credit, that credit is printed beneath it.

Corrections

Material errors are corrected in place, and the article’s modification date changes when they are. Corrections can be requested through the contact route on the publisher’s site.

Independence

Coverage decisions are not sold. System Sagas does not accept payment to publish, withhold or alter a report.
